Edwards Call Center was founded in 1954, and is a family owned and managed company
with a strong commitment to provide exceptional service. We strive to exceed your
expectations through the training of our customer service representatives, and careful
monitoring of your calls. Your account manager will be your single point of contact
and is responsible for our overall performance.
Edwards Answering Service operates 24 hours, 7 days a week and employs between 40
and 50 Telephone Representatives. We are highly selective in the recruitment of
Telephone Service Representatives who embrace our partnership philosophy and customer
service values.
On the technical side, we utilize Telescan Spectrum Data Management System with
hard drive and backŠup system redundancy. We also employ an uninterrupted power
supply with a large capacity gas generator.
